The Imperial Gold 

Bursting & Clean “Imperial Gold” caviar is a selection of a caviar from a hybrid species: Huso Dauricus & Acipenser Schrenckii.

Raised in Sino-Russian lakes near the Amur River, the fish are able to roam about freely. As a result, they burn off their excess fat, allowing us to savor the firmness of their grain. The sturgeon, fed in captivity produces thus a semi-wild caviar.
