Alborz Tajik
Alborz Tajik, born and raised in Iran, cherishes some of his happiest childhood memories, which center around eating caviar with his father. This simple yet luxurious ritual represented a bond and joy that he holds dear. Unfortunately, at a young age, Alborz had to leave Iran with his mother and younger brother, and he was separated from his father, a loss that deeply impacted him.
Determined to honor these cherished memories and the connection they symbolized, Alborz made it his mission to help others create meaningful moments with their loved ones. He believes that sharing a tin of caviar can foster such moments of joy and togetherness. This passion led to the creation of Merolin.
Merolin, named after the Farsi word for ‘Black Pearl; signifies rarity and preciousness, much like the memories Alborz aims to help other create. By offering high-quality caviar, Merolin aspires to provide a taste of luxury and means to forge unforgettable experiences with loved ones.
